About these Pages

These pages are owned and maintained by Nic Doncaster.

The content is provided for "information only", and no warrantee is made about the information contained herein.

I provide the contents of these pages in good faith. I do not believe in using the Internet as some form of public abuse system, and therefore respect the right to "freedom of speech" by providing honest and objective information. I respect the rights, ideas and opinions of others, and will not use my space or others that I access to deride, insult or denigrate the opinions or work of others. This site has not and will not harass individuals, or organisations. I respect others privacy by not publishing phone numbers, addresses or other contact details, unless I have consent to do so.

To do so may constitute an offence under various state and federal laws.

I try present a fair and factual account of events, as accurately as I can recall them. I use reliable sources to reference where I can. I respect history by this approach. I consult with those who provide data, to ensure what is posted is a fair representation of the providers information, and their intent and perspective.

Your comment and feedback is welcome, particularly if you believe something is wrong, or misrepresented. I respect your right to a differing opinion. If I choose to use information you provide, I will give appropriate acknowledgement. I do not criticise others, their websites, how they manage them, or their content, or what they do and say.

The information, data and intellectual property rights, including copyright is held by me, unless specifically credited otherwise. Likewise, I respect the intellectual rights and properties of others, and make fair reference to them when I quote.

Use of the contents of this site by copying, cutting, pasting, embedding, or any other means of storage or transfer is an infringement of these rights. If you wish to link to this site, you are more than welcome. However, if you wish to embed a picture in your site, please email me first.

The design of these pages has been done considering the principles of Neilsens Heuristics. Downloads may be slow because of graphic content. We have avoided using any other unnecessary "gimmicks" so as to speed download times.

Whilst I cannot stop people mirroring parts of this site, other sites I maintain, or their contents, I am both flattered that people think this site is worthy, and amazed how little forethought and initiative this shows.
