The Ghan Preservation Society SA looked after the Curdimurka Ball in the Outback of South Australia. In its day, this was one of the largest shows around in that part of the State.
The group looked after about 4km of the old Central Australia Railway,basically the Yard of Curdimurka itself.
The group ran a couple of cars to ferry patrons between the Ball area, and the campsites.
Don and I did a trip up to help the owner have
reliable cars for the Ball.
