Based loosely on the chassis of a Fairmont M15, Pacific built two of these cars in 1975.
I am not sure if both ended up with Commonwealth Railways, but the one above did. It retired and ended up in the Steamtown Collection at Peterborough, South Australia.
It was powered by a large single cylinder motor, with a two speed gearbox.
